Outside Event!

This event was an overview of the history of the Boston Harbor Islands and its connection with social justice. It included the Native American settlements on this land, imprisonment and waste systems held on the island in the face of urbanization, and the renewed sense of purpose and access that the islands serve for the Greater Boston population to acknowledge its past and push for more inclusivity of the outdoors to the future. Representatives from the Stone Living Lab led the presentation.
